STEP 2:

Hire Us

After meeting with us, the next step is to officially make us your agent. We will be here with you every step of the way and we will answer every question you may have.

STEP 3:

Find Your Home

Our team of professionals will not only help you search and find your dream home, but we will be here to guide you through your purchasing process; from making your first offer, preparing earnest money, scheduling an inspection and appraisal, all the way to the closing table, where they hand you the keys. We will be here for you!

STEP 4:

Make an Offer

When it’s time to make an offer on your new home, we want you to be 100% confident in the property, the location, and the offer terms. We’ll have an open and honest conversation about what the best offer for you looks like.

If there is something in the offer that doesn’t satisfy you, counter offers or negotiations can also be presented.

STEP 5:

Close & Celebrate

There will be closing costs associated with the sale that need to be paid either by or on the closing date. It can include mortgage application fees, inspections, and legal fees. Congrats, and welcome to your new home!
