After arriving into Lake County we had 1 day to look at houses. We called around a couple of realtors, but response was poor until we found Kimberly. We met with her early in the morning with only 3 hours to look at houses before we had to leave. She was so organized and had a whole scheduled set up with a range of houses for us to view. She was awesome taking the time to really understand what we were looking for (we were tricky customers). I came back the next month after narrowing down some houses. Put a contract on one the next day. Husband by this time was deployed so whole transaction took place with him overseas. Everything was super smooth. Kimberly was fantastic! She really took the time to understand what exactly we were looking for in a home. She encouraged us to talk out loud as we walked through homes so she could listen to our likes and dislikes to find the right homes to show us. Her background knowledge in construction also was a huge help as we walked through homes since she could help identify potential concerns before we went through the inspection process. We were pretty particular on our location and price but Kimberly was patient and very proactive throughout the process. She was always accessible, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. We would definitely work with Kimberly again!

We tried selling our home last year with a realtor who we are aquainted with and had a total of 5 not so good showings in 2 months time. We ended up having to rent it out. When it was time to sell this year I searched for the 3 top selling agents in our area and Kimberly's name came up. We interviewed the top three agents and Kimberly seemed the most aggressive and intent on getting our business. We were stunned at how much help she gave us in getting our house ready for showing on the front end. She picked tile, lighting, paint colors then STAGED the downstairs like a pro. All within her structured commission fee. The house sold in 4 days for $5,000 below asking. It occurred to us that she puts so much in the front end, that she doesn't have to spend time on the back end holding open houses, etc. We cannot recommend her and her team enough. If we ever move back to the Chicago area, this is my go-to team. Kimberly is a true professional. Want to sell your house? She's the person to get it done for you.
